What’s Nutrition Coaching?

Nutrition is the most overlooked and underestimated part of our overall health and wellbeing. Furthermore, it’s by far the most misunderstood when it comes to fat loss, muscle gain, longevity, and independence. Nutrition is the foundation of body composition. Many people aren’t sure where to start or are so confused by what shows up on social media as “fact”. I use an evidence based nutritional assessments and realistic coaching methods to assist my clients to relearn and rewire how we view food as fuel and sustenance. Lifestyle changes bring joy and understanding of how your body metabolizes energy and what types of fuels create the most impact for positive change.

Nutrition Coaching isn’t creating meal plans and forcing you to eat like a bird. Coaching puts you in the drivers seat - showing you what, in your current lifestyle, could work better for you. Creating new habits that build confidence and teaching you how to take control each era of your journey. I require a 12 week minimum with 6 week extension options after that. The goal is to create strong foundations and education so that you do not NEED a coach consistency. You will have the power and resources to make healthy decisions and create changes as you progress on your journey.

Regular Assessments & Tracking

Regular and consistent check-ins and our collaborative efforts keep updating our programming. This keep the process dialed in and operating at your pace of comfort! Change can be hard but it can also be exciting, rewarding and adventurous!

Resources & Education

Not everyone wants to be coached forever so it’s imperative that you walk out of your program with a new confidence and good understanding of your body’s fueling needs for your level of activity. Not only will I provide you with constant information, but I’ll help you learn where to find the answers (and not the hype) you’re looking for.

1-On-1 Strategizing

As your personal coach, we’ll dig into your habits, relationship with food, likes/dislikes, and set SMART goals to show your progress!

1:1 Personal Nutrition Coach

New Client 12 Weeks

$995 prepaid / $349 monthly (3 mo)

Complete nutritional assessment, guidance through adaptations, weekly video check-ins, education.

1:1 Nutrition Coaching Extension – $249

You’ve done the work in your 12 Week Program and enjoy having support during your continued journey. This extension is a month-to-month opportunity to hone your skills under a supportive, watchful eye.

In-Home Prep/Chef – Quoted by Experience

An in-home experience - this is your 1:1 Coaching in your own space working through what you feel you need assistance with! From weekly meal organization, meal prep building, creating a dining experience for guests or family or simply having guidance for organizing your kitchen.

Nutrition doesn’t have to be hard! But it does take commitment and time to allow the process to work.

I offer Weekly 1:1 Services for a more tailored approach or a Monthly Guidance option. Regardless of the option, you will receive 5 star service with the support you need - on YOUR time. We will share your experience and checkins on our private app - LogEat - where we set targets, create a safe space to learn and discover all of the delicious parts of life we’ve been missing!
